Everything happens where you live. We bring the equipment, the assessment and the plan to your door.
What a visit involves
The first visit is a full assessment. We talk through what has happened, what you are finding hard, and what you want to get back to. Then we look at how you move, in the rooms where you actually move.
From there you get a plan in plain language, written down, with exercises you can do without special equipment.

- An exercise program you can do at home, written down
- Advice for family, carers or support workers so everyone follows the same plan
- A report back to your GP, provider or coordinator when that is useful
What we work on
Balance, walking and falls risk
Steadying up on your feet, getting confident on steps, and looking at the hazards in your own home.
Rehab after surgery
Hip and knee replacements, fractures and other post-operative recovery, following your surgeon's plan.
Neurological rehab
Stroke, Parkinson's, MS and similar conditions, working on movement, transfers and everyday tasks.
Pain and joint problems
Back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee problems, including long standing pain and arthritis.
Strength and conditioning
Building strength so the things you want to do stop being a struggle, whether that is work, sport, or getting through the day. At a pace that suits you.
Mobility, transfers and equipment
Getting in and out of bed, off a chair, and advice on walking aids and equipment that would help.
Hydrotherapy
Working in water when that is easier than working on land, in your own pool or at your local public pool.

We are based in Benowa and travel Gold Coast wide. Travel cost depends on where you are, and we confirm it before the visit.
