Funding and fees
Fees are quoted when you enquire. Travel cost depends on where you are on the Gold Coast, so a quote for your suburb is more useful than a price list.
How fees work
- The fee depends on the visit type and how long it takes
- A travel cost may apply, depending on your suburb
- Both are confirmed with you before the first visit, in writing
- Nothing is charged without you knowing the amount first
Ways to pay
NDIS
For adult participants who are self managed or plan managed. Physiotherapy is usually funded under improved daily living. Send us your plan manager details and we will invoice them directly.
Home care packages, through My Aged Care
If you have a package, your provider or care manager can approve physiotherapy as part of it, and we invoice the provider directly.
GP referral and chronic condition plans
If your GP has set up a chronic condition management plan, a Medicare rebate may apply for up to five allied health visits in a calendar year. Ask your GP whether you are eligible and how many visits are left.
Private
No referral needed. You pay us for the visit and we give you an invoice. If you hold private health cover with extras, you claim that invoice back from your fund yourself. What you get back depends on your policy, so check with your fund.
For referrers and coordinators
We take referrals from GPs, hospitals, ACAT, aged care providers, support coordinators and plan managers across the Gold Coast.
- Service agreements and invoicing to suit plan managed and provider managed clients
- Written reports back to the referrer where that is part of the plan
- Home visits across the whole Gold Coast, including outer suburbs
Send the referral through the booking request and we will come back to you about availability.
